Paint Party Registration Policies
No Refunds — All Sales Final: All Paint Party registrations are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for parent cancellations, missed attendance, late arrivals, or changes in personal plans, except where required by law. If Brain Boost Tutoring cancels the event, families will receive a full refund.
Registration & Limited Seating: The event is limited to 10 children, ages 7–14. Registration costs $35 per child and includes painting activities, pizza, and juice. Each child must have a paid ticket and completed registration information. Seats are reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis, subject to availability.
Arrival & Pickup: Parents or guardians must provide accurate emergency-contact information and identify authorized pickup individuals. Children must be signed in and signed out by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. Photo identification may be requested at pickup.
Food Allergies & Medical Information: Pizza and juice will be served. Parents must disclose relevant food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical concerns, or accommodations before the event. Please contact Brain Boost in advance if your child requires special arrangements. Brain Boost cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Participation & Safety: Children must follow staff instructions and treat others respectfully. Parents will be contacted if a safety or behavioral concern requires their involvement.
Parent Acknowledgment: By completing registration, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have reviewed the event details, understand the registration and refund policies, and agree to provide accurate information about their child.
